They used to have some skilled guys, but seem to have gotten rid of most of them and replaced them with some HS dropouts. My dishwasher was broken for about 4 months before I contacted corporate and they finally got it replaced.

Is is filled to overflowing and residents have to resort to leaving trash on the ground next to the dumpster area. I think if we had a second dumpster that would solve the problem or trash needs to be picked up more often. Charging us extra for trash service now bc they can't fix the compactor or something so every week trash is packed up. Rent goes up and up, but repairs are not made properly or timely. So if you like having to go through hassles to get things fixed and having to contact corporate for everything then this is the place for you. The overall building and area is nice, but the Maintenance is what brings it all down.
