Think long & hard before deciding to rent here. To be completely fair, everything was great at this place for about 4 years when everything was in good condition. However, once things started needing to be repaired / replaced is when the problems start. Now, I've lived at many different apartments in different states and this is definitely not the worst, but not the best either.

Garner/Fuquay Varina is a suburban area just south of the state’s capital city. Renters will find that the neighborhood has many choices of apartments, houses, and townhomes. There are 18 units available for rent starting at $1,325/month. I really enjoy how quiet the neighborhood is at night and also in the daytime. The maintenance team does a great job of getting repairs done quickly. The only thing I have an issue with is the trash. The one dumpster is not sufficient for a complex this size.

I think if we had a second dumpster that would solve the problem or trash needs to be picked up more often. Noisy neighbors and annoying maintenance schedule. Nothing works in these apartments washing machine broken. If something is broken they won’t try to replace it even tho it’s probably a hundred years old. Especially now that the school bus comes up closer so my daughter doesn't have to wait. Parking is great and my neighbors are awesome.
