Think long & hard before deciding to rent here. To be completely fair, everything was great at this place for about 4 years when everything was in good condition. However, once things started needing to be repaired / replaced is when the problems start. Now, I've lived at many different apartments in different states and this is definitely not the worst, but not the best either.

Staff is for the most part unresponsive unless you start a campaign to get issues addressed. I have called in numerous work orders during regular business hours that were given to an actual person that were never addressed. Communication with management is exhausting.

Water running down my back door flooding the front door. In the back water is moving the dirt from the ground cannot step down to go out from that spot there is a flood in the back yard.
Then I used it once and it immediately broke again bc the person who installed it didn't do it properly. I waited 4 months for them to fix a leak that resulted in serious mold and they finally fixed it after I contacted corporate. However, it is already leaking again after about 1 month of using it. Again, to be fair, they did switch property managers several times...and things were good for years here, but now it is going down hill.

Morgan properties is still working out kinks from the previous management company and we hope to prove that we are a community worth staying in for a long time. Garner/Fuquay Varina is a suburban area just south of the state’s capital city. Renters will find that the neighborhood has many choices of apartments, houses, and townhomes. Luxury mid-rise apartment buildings to two-story houses can all be found in the area.
There are 18 units available for rent starting at $1,325/month. I really enjoy how quiet the neighborhood is at night and also in the daytime. The maintenance team does a great job of getting repairs done quickly. The only thing I have an issue with is the trash. The one dumpster is not sufficient for a complex this size.
